However the corporate income tax is currently uniform everywhere in Hungary, the tax rate is 9% of the tax base
Csomád has been a local business tax-free area for more than 25 years.
This will only change if the Central Government of Hungary passes legislation that fundamentally changes the Business Tax system.

Short description of the steps of the contract for an existing IE:

  • First, please send us by email the current entrepreneur’s certificate, your sole proprietorship registration number and tax number.
  • Based on the available information, kindly complete

  • Within the form, please upload copies of your personal identification documents (ID card, address card – front side, and tax card) for verification purposes.
  • We further request a “zero certificate” issued by the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) and the competent Municipal Tax Department confirming that the business has no outstanding public debts. If you hold membership or an executive position in any other company, please provide the basic details of those entities as well.
  • Thereafter, we will forward our General Terms and Conditions, the Individual Service Agreement, and the Client Data Sheet. Kindly initial each page and return the duly signed documents by post or email.
  • Upon receipt of the complete documentation, we will issue a pro forma invoice covering a one-year service period in accordance with our agreement.
  • Following receipt of payment, we will issue and electronically send the Declaration of Registered Office Usage, which forms part of the application to be submitted to the competent authority. The original copy will be handed over during our personal meeting.
  • For already operating businesses, the service invoice will be issued and sent electronically as an authenticated digital document.
  • After registration of the new registered office, the agreement will be finalized during a personal meeting at our office in Csomád. During this meeting, we will also prepare all additional background documentation required for the lawful and uninterrupted operation of your business.
    Please ensure that you bring your original identification documents to the meeting.
