Our company basically deals with headquarters services, however in addition
we can also offer legal tasks (e.g.: company establishment) and administrative or clerical tasks.
In addition to performing the duties of a delivery agent, we also provide authorized company representation
to facilitate the process of administration in Hungary!
Csomád, where we provide the headquarters service, is a local business tax-free area.
However the corporate income tax is currently uniform everywhere in Hungary, the tax rate is 9% of the tax base
Csomád has been a local business tax-free area for more than 25 years.
This will only change if the Central Government of Hungary passes legislation that fundamentally changes the Business Tax system.
According to the present information, this will not happen in the near future.

Short description of the steps of the contract for a Newly Established company:
- As a first step, please send us by email the company’s name and the draft Deed of Foundation
- Based on the available information, kindly complete:
- Within the form, please upload copies of the company representative’s identification documents (ID card, address card – front side, and tax card) for identification purposes.
- If the representative hold membership or executive office in other companies, please provide the basic details of such entities as well.
- Thereafter, we will forward our General Terms and Conditions, the Individual Service Agreement and the Client Data Sheet. Kindly initial each page and return the duly signed documents to us by post or email.
- Upon receipt of the complete documentation, we will issue a pro forma invoice in accordance with our agreement, covering a one-year service period.
- Following receipt of payment, we will issue and send electronically the Declaration of Registered Office Usage, which forms part of the application to be submitted to the Court of Registration. The original hard copy will be handed over during our personal meeting
- After the company registration (or registration of the change), the agreement will be finalized during a personal meeting at our office in Csomád. For this purpose, the following documents are required:
– The electronic file (E-file) prepared and submitted by your attorney to the Court of Registration;
– the official decision issued by the Court of Registration;
– copies of the managing director’s identification documents for verification.– During the personal consultation, we also prepare all additional background documentation necessary to ensure the lawful and uninterrupted operation of your business.
